Working Student/ Internship – Project Management Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)

We analyse customer conversations and provide insights that have a real impact on sales and performance.

🎯 Your mission

As a working student in the area of project management for sales, you ensure that our sales team has everything necessary to perform successfully and handle independent sales & partly marketing projects.

You support the team on all common sales, enablement and support topics and create real added value and relief for the entire sales team. You will help with the preparation of documents, the organization of events and the general project management of topics relating to sales and, in some cases, marketing. You will receive internal inquiries from the sales team and coordinate the implementation with other team members.

Your goal: to successfully coordinate projects and thus relieve the sales team and make it even more successful in the long term.

You work closely with sales, marketing, product and management, get actively involved and learn from all areas. In this position, you will work directly with the CEO.

🛠 Your tasks

Sales & Marketing Project Management

  • Independent takeover and coordination of projects at the interface between sales and marketing
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders from sales, marketing, product and management
  • Follow up on tasks, timelines, and deliverables
  • Sending goodie bags to customers and prospects

Event organization

  • Research and registration for relevant DACH industry events (e.g. SaaStr, Sales Innovation Expo, OMR, ARRtist, Sales Summit)
  • Coordination of trade fair appearances, sponsored slots and side events
  • Organization of round tables and dinners with prospects and customers in all major German-speaking cities
  • On-site logistics: materials, badges, stand construction coordination
  • Follow-up: Create lead lists and enter contacts into CRM
  • Webinar coordination: invitations, reminders, follow-up

Sales Enablement Support

  • Update and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and objection-handling documents
  • Creating and developing demo scripts and discovery questions
  • Development of an internal sales know-how database that can also be shared externally
  • Assistance in creating presentations, one-pagers and proposals
  • Create and structure onboarding materials for new sales reps

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Monitoring and analysis of relevant competitors (e.g. Gong, Chorus, tl; dv, dealcode)
  • Evaluation of G2/Capterra reviews and derivation of insights
  • Documentation of pricing and positioning changes in the market
  • Support with win/loss analyses and persona profiles

Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Identification of ICP-compliant companies in the DACH region (B2B SaaS, mid-market)
  • Research relevant decision makers (Head of Sales, VP Sales, CRO) via LinkedIn, Apollo or Clay
  • Enrichment of company data: team size, tech stack, hiring signals, funding rounds
  • Maintaining and cleaning HubSpot data and lead lists

Appointment coordination

  • Coordinating meetings with prospects, customers, and partners
  • Organization and follow-up of appointments at events and webinars
  • Calendar management and reminders for the sales team

Content & social media

  • Preparation of content that has already been created for LinkedIn posts by the sales team
  • Edit and publish success stories and customer moments
  • Cut short-form content from kickscale recordings and prepare it for social media
  • Support with ghostwriting for the company profile on LinkedIn

HR & Management Support

  • Cover letters and initial contact from potential candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Development of an employer brand for Kickscale in Graz and throughout Austria around the topics of AI and sales
  • Co-organization of internal team events and company meetings
  • Support with operational management tasks

🧬 What you bring

  • You are currently studying economics, sales, marketing, computer science, communication or a comparable subject
  • You are structured, responsible and love moving things forward
  • You have a good sense of language and can communicate clearly and precisely
  • Initial experience in sales, marketing or project management is an advantage
  • Affinity for digital tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn, Canva, Notion)
  • AI affinity and know-how with common tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude CoWork,...)
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, AI and modern sales methods
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Hands-on mentality — you get involved without waiting long
