Who has access to our sales calls?
Only the people you authorize. You decide which team members can see what. Our employees generally have no access to your content – unless you specifically ask us for support.

Do I need consent from all meeting participants?
Yes, but we'll do it for you. Kickscale automatically sends consent emails before every meeting and documents all approvals in a legally secure manner. You don't have to worry – we ensure GDPR-compliant processes.
How long are meeting recordings stored?
You decide. By default, we automatically delete recordings after 90 days. You can shorten or extend this period – depending on compliance requirements. Of course, you can also delete manually at any time.
Where is my data stored?
All your data remains in Europe. Our servers are located in EU data centers and we strictly comply with European data protection standards. No cloud detours via the USA or other third countries.
