Is my data used to train the AI?
Kickscale only uses your data for your own benefit. We don't train models based on your conversations, so there is no risk of data leakage through AI models.
Are the customer's mood and facial expressions interpreted?
No! Kickscale only uses AI to convert the spoken word into text and then uses language models to analyze only the resulting text.
What if a customer refuses to record the meeting?
No problem! You can remove the Notetaker from the call at any time and our system won't even process recordings of less than 5 minutes.
What happens when a customer requests that their data be deleted?
No problem You can completely delete all of a customer's data with just a few clicks. The system automatically removes all records, transcripts, and analyses from this customer from your account.
Who has access to our sales calls?
Only the people you authorize. You decide which team members can see what. Our employees generally have no access to your content – unless you specifically ask us for support.
Can I prevent certain meetings from being recorded?
Absolutely. You can turn off recordings for specific meetings, customers, or call types. Even later, you can delete recordings immediately, if desired.
Do I need consent from all meeting participants?
Yes, but we'll do it for you. Kickscale automatically sends consent emails before every meeting and documents all approvals in a legally secure manner. You don't have to worry – we ensure GDPR-compliant processes.
How long are meeting recordings stored?
You decide. By default, we automatically delete recordings after 90 days. You can shorten or extend this period – depending on compliance requirements. Of course, you can also delete manually at any time.
Where is my data stored?
All your data remains in Europe. Our servers are located in EU data centers and we strictly comply with European data protection standards. No cloud detours via the USA or other third countries.
