🎯 Your Mission

You ensure that our numbers are accurate and our financial processes are structured, transparent, and scalable.
As Finance Operations & Controlling Specialist, you take operational ownership of our finance processes – from billing and incoming payments to commission calculations and financial reporting.
You work closely with management and act as the central interface to our external accounting partner.

🛠 Your Responsibilities

Billing & Accounts Receivable

• Oversee our automated billing processes
• Monitor incoming payments and reconcile transactions
• Manage dunning and follow up on outstanding receivables

Sales Commissions & Finance Support

• Calculate monthly sales commissions
• Ensure clean and transparent documentation

Accounting Interface

• Prepare and submit documentation to external accounting
• Act as interface to tax advisor and bookkeeping
• Support monthly and annual closing preparation

Operational Controlling

• Review monthly P&L and verify correct account allocation
• Maintain structured OPEX overview
• Proactively identify and clarify inconsistencies
• Support short-term liquidity tracking

🧬 What You Bring

• Around 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Controlling – ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
• Understanding of operational finance processes and financial data logic
• Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals and chart of accounts structures
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with billing, CRM or accounting tools (e.g. Stripe, HubSpot) is a plus
• Hands-on mindset with high attention to detail
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Fluent in German and English

Gross monthly salary starting from €2,200 (based on 24h). Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.

The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement will be observed.
