Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

Our AI solution is used by over 100 customers such as Lufthansa City Center, hello again, HILL International, Haufe Group and karriere.at. We analyse customer conversations and provide insights that have a real impact on sales and performance.

As we continue to scale, strong and structured customer success processes and pro-active customer management are a key success factor.

🎯 Your mission

As a Customer Success Manager, you ensure that our customers achieve measurable success with Kickscale.

You support customers from initial onboarding to long-term use and help them optimally integrate Kickscale into their sales and go-to-market processes.

Your goal:
Happy customers, heavy use of our platform, and long-term partnerships.

You work closely with Sales, Product, and Management and actively contributes customer feedback to the development of our platform.

🛠 Your tasks

Customer onboarding

You support new customers with the introduction of Kickscale and ensure that they quickly achieve real added value.

  • Implementation of structured onboarding processes
  • Training sales teams and users
  • Support for integration into existing sales processes

Customer Success & Relationship Management

You manage your own client portfolio and develop long-term relationships.

  • Regular check-ins and success reviews
  • Assistance with usage issues and best practices
  • Ensuring high product usage and customer satisfaction

Customer Insights & Feedback

You understand how our customers use Kickscale—and where we can get better.

  • Analyzing usage and engagement
  • Identification of risks and optimization potential
  • Close collaboration with our product team

Retention & Expansion

You help us to make existing customers successful in the long term and to grow together.

  • Support with contract extensions
  • Identification of expansion potential (upsell/expansion)
  • Working with Sales on Expansion Opportunities

🧬 What you bring

  • Around 2—4 years of experience in customer success or account management — ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers
  • Understanding sales and go-to-market processes
  • Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
  • Experience with CRM or customer success tools (e.g. HubSpot, Kickscale, Intercom)
  • Experience with product analysis platforms (e.g. Posthog) is an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality and high customer orientation
  • Very good German and English skills

Gross monthly salary from €4,000 (full time basis).
Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
The minimum salary set by the collective agreement is, of course, met.
