Customer Success Manager

🎯 Your Mission

As a Customer Success Manager, you ensure that our customers achieve measurable success with Kickscale.

You guide customers from initial onboarding to long-term adoption, helping them integrate Kickscale into their sales and go-to-market processes.

Your goal is simple:
happy customers, strong product adoption, and long-term partnerships.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Management and actively contribute customer insights to help shape the future of our platform.

🛠 Your Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

Support new customers during their onboarding journey and ensure they quickly realize value from Kickscale.

  • Run structured onboarding processes
  • Train sales teams and platform users
  • Support the integration of Kickscale into existing sales processes

Customer Success & Relationship Management

Own and manage your portfolio of customers and build strong, long-term relationships.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews
  • Provide guidance on best practices and product usage
  • Ensure strong product adoption and customer satisfaction

Customer Insights & Feedback

Understand how customers use Kickscale and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Analyze product usage and engagement
  • Identify risks and optimization opportunities
  • Work closely with our Product team to improve the platform

Retention & Expansion

Help our customers succeed long-term while growing our partnerships.

  • Support contract renewals
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales on expansion initiatives

🧬 What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with customers
  • Understanding of sales and go-to-market processes
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working
  • Experience with CRM or Customer Success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Kickscale, Intercom)
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog) is a plus
  • Hands-on mindset and strong customer focus
  • Fluent in German and English

💰 Compensation

Gross monthly salary starting from €4,000 (full-time basis).
Overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is possible.
The applicable collective agreement minimum salary will of course be respected.
