Can Kickscale import our Gong data?

CRM data does not need to be migrated because it resides in your CRM, not in Gong. You connect HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive directly with Kickscale after the switch. Historical call recordings from Gong cannot be automatically transferred. Gong requires manual download of individual calls for export, which is cumbersome for larger libraries. If historical recordings are important for your coaching program, we recommend discussing this openly before switching. From the first call after go-live, Kickscale begins building your conversation library.
