🎯 Your mission
You're the first voice our inbound leads hear — get to know their needs, build trust, and bring our AEs into play right when the time is right.
This role is ideal for you if you want to get into B2B sales, are curious and want to learn and grow in direct conversation with potential customers.
🛠 Your tasks
- You get in touch with inbound leads — usually by phone, sometimes via email or LinkedIn.
- You'll find out if and how our tool can help them.
- You ask smart questions, listen carefully and make appointments with our sales team.
- You work closely with the sales lead and our AEs and receive daily feedback that makes you better.
- You'll learn the basics of successful sales processes — from discovery to handover.

- How to work with CRM tools, sales automation and AI in everyday life — State of the art, hands-on.
- How to communicate with decision makers on an equal footing, even though you're (still) at the very beginning.

- You speak fluent German and good English.

- You don't need any study or sales experience — motivation and willingness to learn matter more to us.
- Bonus: You have already gained initial experience in customer contact, sales or startups.
