🎯 Your mission

As Founder's Associate (m/f/d) Will you become Our CEO's right hand and works closely with the entire founding and executive team. You get a unique opportunity Get to know all areas of the company and actively participate in shaping it.

You always wanted to be in the top 1% and complete tasks at least 3x faster than most competent employees can.

This role isn't for people who want to be comfortable. We will definitely push you to your limits and out of your comfort zone. 🧠 What you'll learn

  • How to build and scale a tech startup
  • How to develop and implement business strategies and position yourself internationally
  • How to communicate with investors, top customers and partners
  • How to build up expert knowledge in a short period of time as a generalist

🛠 Your tasks

  • project management internal initiatives in marketing, sales, finance, product, HR & co
  • communications with all teams and people in the company
  • Marketing Support: Organization & communication of customer events and events
  • Sales enablement: Coordinating appointments with key accounts
  • Strategy & Research: Market analyses, competitor comparisons, customer and investor research including preparation of presentations
  • Business development support: Identification and initial contact of potential strategic customers and partners together with the CEO
  • Admin & Ops: Support with finance controlling, HR, tool management and software testing as well as scheduling and administrative tasks

🧬 What you should bring

  • You are Generalist with Drive and quickly find your way around new topics
  • You work proactive, fast, structured and with a lot of personal responsibility
  • You want Not just learning, but designing
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in startups, business consulting, venture building, etc. — not a must, but a plus
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience as a Founder's Associate or Executive Assistant
  • You can handle high-speed and high expectations — and that's exactly what you want
