🎯 Your mission

As Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Will you become creative engine of our market presence and works closely with the entire marketing and sales team. You get a unique opportunity to design our entire digital communication strategy and actively implement it.

You're a digital native who not only creates content, but brings it to life and drives conversion rates through the roof.

🛠 Your tasks

  • Content creation & marketing: Development and implementation of a content strategy for blog, social media and other channels
  • Digital Distribution: Management of our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), email marketing and nurture campaigns via Hubspot
  • Webinars & events: Organizing webinars and supporting events that strengthen our thought leadership
  • Performance tracking: Development and optimization of a marketing dashboard with all relevant KPIs
  • Site Management: Development and maintenance of our website, SEO optimization and conversion improvement
  • graphic design: Create visual assets for all channels with a focus on brand identity and conversion
  • Marketing automation: Implement, optimize, and track automation processes in HubSpot

🧬 What you should bring

  • HubSpot expertise: Safe handling of Social publishing, workflows, landing pages, forms, CRM, and reporting.
  • Paid & organic: experience with Google Ads (Search, Display) as well as SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush per Keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Content & Social: Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube; routine in Canva or similar tools.
  • Site & Analytics: experience with Website performance analysis (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics) and derivation of specific optimizations.
  • webinars: Planning and implementation of webinars via Zoom, including technical set-up and post-processing.
  • Spontaneity & flexibility: You're used to quick to respond and implement new ideas spontaneously when opportunities arise.
  • B2B marketing experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or the tech sector.
  • Working method: Structured, goal-oriented, proactive — you move things forward on your own and keep track of things even at high speeds.
