Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d)

🎯 Your mission

As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the architectural backbone of our Sales and Marketing engine. You will own the full-funnel tracking for both our SDR and AE models, ensuring every interaction is captured, optimized, and turned into actionable data.

🛠 Deine Aufgaben

Full-Funnel Tracking & Infrastructure

  • Set up and manage end-to-end tracking across the entire customer journey (Marketing to Sales to CS).
  • Administer and integrate our core tool stack: HubSpot, Clay, Stripe, Webflow, and Google Tracking.

Process Automation & Optimization

  • Design and implement scalable processes for our SDR (outbound/inbound) and AE (closing) models.
  • Continuously identify bottlenecks in the funnel and optimize conversion rates.

Data Generation & Reporting

  • Generate reliable data models to support data-driven decision making.
  • Create transparent dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Management.

🧬 What you bring

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with our tech stack: HubSpot, Clay, Stripe, Webflow, and Google Tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear processes.
  • Hands-on mentality: you can build strategies but also execute them in the tools.
  • Very good German and English skills.

  • Compensation: Gross monthly salary from €4,000 (full time basis). Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum salary set by the collective agreement is, of course, met.
