Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Well-capitalised early stage start-up seeks extremely talented Senior Developer to help pioneer the way sales teams execute and apply processes. Kickscale is a sales enablement platform for businesses. Companies - from large enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Kickscale to build the next generation of sales playbooks and training to quickly enable their sales team, build key processes, and design a metrics framework to make their work visible and optimizable.

About the team

The Sales Associate works closely with the founding team and Kickscale's customers together.

What you'll do

If you are passionate about developing software, leading development teams, and finding solutions to problems through agility, we want to talk with you! You will be a key contributor and role-model to our product engineering team and drive the day-to-day development process. Besides analysing business goals, you will also be responsible for the development of a successful technical strategy for Kickscale and the support of our development team. Besides managing you will also solve technical issues.

 

You must have experience in designing and building software-as-a-service platforms (web and mobile). Top-notch communication skills are essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our SaaS Platform, from feature requirements planning to implementation details

  • Improve and build up our development process with state of the art Dev-Ops technologies

  • Coach and develop team members by providing feedback and technical guidance

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Use intelligent prospecting persistence to identify, create and qualify existing leads in our CRM, research accounts, identify key players, generate interest to expand your list of prospects

  • Work closely together with our customer’s sales teams to develop account intelligence and relationship maps

  • Utilise modern sales tools (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Kickscale) to manage day-to-day activity, record communications and meetings with prospects and customers

  • Coordinate meetings for the Sales Team: You plan, build and execute a meeting schedule in your territory in order to schedule and coordinate customer meetings

Your Profile:

  • Full Stack knowledge (backend, node, databases)

  • 3+ years of professional experience in web development

  • Experience with frontend frameworks (React, angular, vue.js)

  • Strong understanding of javascript/typescript

  • First experience in a leading role

  • Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, Testing)


 

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with scaling online services

  • Experience with Firebase

  • Experience with E2E Tests (Cypress)

  • Experience in UI/UX
