At Kickscale, we’re revolutionizing the Sales Coaching industry. Our platform empowers businesses to easily upskill their sales employees by analyzing their sales meetings and providing tailored feedback and recommendations on how to improve, all with the help of AI.

We’re an early-stage startup located in the beautiful city of Graz, Styria, Austria. As we embark on our journey of transforming the way sales representatives receive coaching, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Stack Engineer to join our young team and bring our product to the next level.

Your Role

As our Lead Full-Stack Developer you'll have the opportunity to not only contribute to the future and vision of our company but also help shape the team by bringing in your expertise. With your expertise you will lead the design and development of anything related to our web application. You'll collaborate with our team of 2 talented developers and play an instrumental role in the growth of the development team.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of our innovative SaaS platform using JavaScript, React, Node and other relevant web technologies

• Maintenance and improvement of our tech stack (Firebase, React, GCP, GitHub, etc…)

• Guiding and mentoring our development team, implementing best practices and quality standards

• Actively participating in the ideation process and shaping the direction of our product

• Exploring the integration of AI within our platform and expanding our capabilities

• Taking responsibility for mentoring future developers as we expand our team

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Full-Stack development using JS/HTML5/CSS/Node

• Experience with modern web frameworks (preferably React)

• Expertise with databases (preferably NoSQL) and data structures 

• Experience with setting up and maintaining DevOps

• Experience working in an agile development environment (Start-Up experience is a plus)

• A strong interest in AI and a willingness to grow expertise in this field

• Proven experience in team leadership and building development processes

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with a knack for innovation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
