About the team

The Finance and Office Assistant works closely with the founding team to ensure smooth financial and office operations.

​

What you'll do

As the Finance and Office Assistant, you play a key role in partnering with the whole Kickscale team and especially the founding team.  You will be building up financial reporting, and financial forecasting and will be responsible for all financial day-to-day processes, tools, and systems including accounting, invoicing, banking, and coordinating with our tax advisor and external partners.

Furthermore, you will be here for the team as a sparring partner for all office-related topics such as orders, vacation, and time management.

Your Key Responsibilities​

• Support for any finance and admin topics such as bank and cash management

• Customer invoicing and dunning process

• Supports the implementation of banking and accounting-related projects

• Accounting (monthly settlement including coordination with our tax advisor)

• Reporting (e.g. cashflow, revenue, forecasting)​

• Drafts various legal documents, slides, and reports

• Office and admin support (e.g. office management, event organization, orders, travel arrangements ...)

Your Qualifications

• University degree (finished or ongoing) in finance, accounting or business administration

• Fluency in German and English

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Worksuite

• Strong organization and time management skills with attention to detail

• Open personality, willing to communicate with various stakeholders and nationalities

• Flexible and autonomous working style

• Experience in building up finance teams in a startup is a plus

• Know how and interest to learn in accounting and finance

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g. Sevdesk) of advantage

Your Salary

Annual gross salary between EUR 28,000.00 and EUR 45,000.00, based on full-time arrangement 38.5h, overpayment possible due to qualifications and professional experience.
