We’re an early-stage startup located in the beautiful city of Graz, Styria, Austria. As we embark on our journey of transforming the way sales representatives receive coaching, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Stack Engineer to join our young team and bring our product to the next level.

Your Role

 

As our Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to not only contribute to the future and vision of our company but also help shape the team by bringing in your expertise. With your expertise you will lead the design and development of our domain specific language model. You'll collaborate with our team of 2 talented developers and play an instrumental role in the growth of the development team. Your passion for AI and LLMs will come in handy as you'll have the chance to expand your knowledge in these areas, which are core to our product offering.

Responsibilities

 

• Direct and oversee the collection and preprocessing of high-quality data specific to the sales domain

• Design, develop, and implement the infrastructure necessary for efficient training and deployment of the LLM.

• Lead the end-to-end machine learning process, ensuring that the LLM meets or exceeds performance benchmarks

• Guiding and mentoring our development team in machine learning topics

• Actively participating in the ideation process and shaping the direction of our product

• Leading the integration of AI within our platform

• Taking responsibility for overseeing future developers as we expand our team

What We’re Looking For

 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

• Experience working with large language models such as GPT-3, BERT, LLAMA or similar.

• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugginface.

• Experience with setting up and maintaining ML-Infrastructure for LLMs

• Experience with ML-Ops

• Strong understanding of NLP & LLM techniques (ICL, RAG, Prompt Engineering, etc…)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills, English and German
