About the team
The Sales Associate works closely with the founding team and Kickscale's customers together.
What you'll do
As the Sales Associate, you play a key role in partnering with the whole Kickscale team and especially the founding team. You will be working together with our customers to help them to grow. You will be responsible for setting up processes, tools, and systems for our customers o they can sell more and can sell better.
Furthermore, you will be here for our customers as a sparring partner and consultant.
Your Key Responsibilities
Use intelligent prospecting persistence to identify, create and qualify existing leads in our CRM, research accounts, identify key players, generate interest to expand your list of prospects
Work closely together with our customer’s sales teams to develop account intelligence and relationship maps
Utilise modern sales tools (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Kickscale) to manage day-to-day activity, record communications and meetings with prospects and customers
Coordinate meetings for the Sales Team: You plan, build and execute a meeting schedule in your territory in order to schedule and coordinate customer meetings

Work experience, internships, or academic projects in sales, ideally in the area of outbound sales of a leading SaaS technology start-up
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, management, marketing, information
technology, or a related field of study
Passion for technology and aptitude to learn new technologies
Strong analytical and presentation skills as well as resilience
Knowledge in cold calling, cold emailing, consulting and know-how in systems like Salesforce.com, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lemlist, Outreach.io or other sales tools is a plus
Terms & Conditions
Start preferably as soon as possible
We are looking for full-time engagement, however, we are flexible to start with a part-time arrangement (min. 20h/week) if you are finishing your study etc.
Annual gross salary between EUR 28,000.00 and EUR 45,000.00, based on full-time arrangement 38.5h, overpayment and bonus payments possible due to qualifications and professional experience.
